14 month weight maintenance update- the graphs

Months in weight maintenance 14
1. Adding weight range, to account for weight training.
2. Eliminating pork helps me feel better.
3. Spent time photographing other people's gardens.
What did not work:
1. Stressing about the number on the scale.
2. Adding back in pork. Whoa. Some sadness. I'm over it.
3. Not taking time to go to bed earlier.
