Sunday is my weigh in morning. I weigh in at home and report in to my Take Shape for Life health coach, Erin.
I've lost 36.4 pounds total. My weight loss per week has slowed down a bit, but I'll take it. I'm eating healthy, I have lots of energy. I figure I'll get to my goal around the holidays.
I've found that if I exercise first thing in the morning on weekends, that I'm much less likely to bail on my exercise.
