Recipe
- Thaw fillets overnight in the refrigerator
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray
- Season the fillets with your choice of seasoning- Mrs. Dash, etc
- Bake for 15-20 minutes (make sure the think parts of the filet are cooked)
- Use some lime or lemon juice to season (optional)
- Weigh your filet's to make 7oz, or add in a protein for your lean.
- If my fillet is under 7oz, I'll add a hard boiled egg white to the meal, salad
