Sunday 10/9/10 Weigh-in

I stayed the same this week with my weight loss. Last weeks 3.6 was almost double what my normal loss is, so I'm not too surprised.

I did meet my goal of tracking my food and exercise at myfitnesspal.com.  I like the database. Easy and fast tracking.

I was also very physically active this week.

Looking forward to the weeks ahead and seeing my successes.
